The meeting points matter.
An exterior is made up of more than the stucco surface. The edges around openings and attachments are part of the inspection too. We look for visible gaps, deterioration, staining and details that need further evaluation.
What we look at
Accessible window and door perimeters, adjacent stucco, sealant condition, flashing and drainage details, and connections between different exterior materials.
What a photo cannot tell you
A visible gap or stain does not reveal the full condition behind the wall. Depending on the findings and agreed scope, moisture testing or further evaluation may be recommended.
What to share before we visit
