Look at the details that matter.
A visual assessment examines accessible exterior conditions without probe testing. It can help identify maintenance concerns and areas that warrant further evaluation, but it cannot establish the condition of concealed materials on its own.
Stucco surfaces
We look for visible cracking, staining, discoloration and other areas of concern.
Exterior transitions
We examine accessible details around windows, doors, joints, flashing and drainage elements.
Documented next steps
Photos and observations help explain what was visible and where additional investigation may be recommended.
Understand the limits of a visual review.
The absence of visible staining or cracking does not confirm that the substrate is dry or undamaged. When there is reason to investigate behind the finish, we can discuss invasive moisture testing and the authorization it requires.
